Shipping

  • Where do you ship?

    At Moxie, we are proud to deliver our products across New Zealand, ensuring that everyone can step into their power with our high-quality martial arts equipment. For our international customers, we are thrilled to offer global shipping at an additional charge. No matter where you train, we're here to ensure you're equipped to embrace your inner warrior.

  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December shipping times may take longer. 

  • What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

    We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. 

Returns

  • What items are eligible for return?

    At Moxie Empower, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within 14 days of their delivery date.


    To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Rest assured, we will refund the entire cost of the item in such circumstances.


    Please note that return shipping costs may apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
